Operators of high-value fleets — cash-in-transit, petroleum carriers, sensitive logistics — needed more than passive black-box recording. They needed cameras that recognised events as they happened, prioritised them by severity, and pushed verifiable evidence to insurers within minutes of an incident. Off-the-shelf telematics hardware shipped with closed firmware, no AI, and reactive workflows that couldn't survive a serious claim cycle.
We built the platform end-to-end. The hardware is purpose-designed multi-camera units with integrated GPS, accelerometer, and a coprocessor running custom CV inference. Firmware streams video and event metadata to a managed cloud platform that fans out to operator dashboards, vendor APIs, and insurer evidence packets. The AI models are trained on the operator's own footage and continuously fine-tuned. Everything from the silicon to the licence agreements ships under the operator's own mark.
